Julia Hart Skincare Shop delivers to the whole of the UK and selected countries in Europe. We have reasonable delivery charges and a superior level of customer service!
FREE DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £75
- We send all orders via Royal Mail or UK Mail couriers, depending on the size of the order.
- Orders to EU countries are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded post or appropriate carrier.
- For UK orders, we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your parcel until 7 working days have passed.
- For EU countries we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your parcel until 15 working days have passed.
DELIVERY COSTS
- UK orders over £75 - FREE
- UK orders under £75 - £2.50 per order flat rate
- EU orders - £6 per order
We deliver to the following EU countries: Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Germany.
We do not deliver to countries outside of the EU.
DELIVERY TIMES
Within the UK delivery is usually 2 - 7 business days, delivery overseas is usually 5 - 10 business days. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders over the weekend and at times of National Holidays.
Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or you have given an incorrect address, we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.

Payment: payments can be made by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Maestro and Switch. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to shop.Juliahart.co.uk, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

- Refund Policy shop.Juliahart.co.uk hopes that you will be delighted with your order however you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened and unused products only.
Please note shop.Juliahart.co.uk will only refund the cost of products, we cannot refund the cost of postage and packaging.
If you have benefited from free delivery, shop.Juliahart.co.uk reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products to you.
To receive your refund please email and advise us of your intention to return goods and the reason. We will email you a reply, print off the email sent and send it with your returned goods.
We strongly recommend insurance when sending an item back in case of postal loss.
